Bank on Robyn

Over the years, I’ve bet on a lot of things. From jobs, to people, and even timing but never fully on me. Always coming with a backup plan or secretly doubting my own ability. Bank on Robyn is the first time I’ve said: “I’m the investment.” This is my no giving up this time era, on all fronts.

I created this space during a moment of true clarity: I’m over this shit, like no I’m really over this shit. Still clocking into a job that didn’t serve me, all while feeling, there was more calling to me. Something I’ve always felt yet have slowly come to realize.

Cue: Robyn’s no giving up this time era.

Banking on me looks like:

• Choosing my peace over pressure

My life is mine. That means, my time, my energy, my finances: all mines. Therefore, what I decide to do with mine, is mine. I have the choice, and ultimately the responsibility, to ensure that I have a peace of mind, regardless of adversity.

• Honoring my voice even when I’m scared

You ever feel like no one’s listening to you?

Can you imagine how you feel about yourself, after constantly setting goals and too many times to count, never starting or taking action steps to achieve them? Let’s make it easy: Said it, did it. More like,

“Want it, got it.” If I’m saying x, y, z. No need to worry about w, v, u.

• Taking control of the controllables

This blog is my blueprint: from fashion to finances to figuring. out. this. Life, I mean. It’s my space to document and reflect on my various experiences of the human experience.
