I said this summer would be different–and i meant it.
It’s easy to get sucked into the “New Year, New me’ movement, it’s even easier to go with the flow and have no set goals whatsoever. For me, I’ve had my full with both perspectives. Not anymore.
This time around, I’m not “trying to figure it out.” I have the vision. Now I’m leading with the intent to act on it.
The “impossible” Summer 2025 plan is one that well, goes beyond the summer: but one that is all about making what seemed impossible, possible with motion, consistency, and discipline. I’m not grinding or hustling for aesthetics– I’m building with real world solutions.
Here’s what I’m locked in on:
- Job Upgrade
The goal is to acquire a higher income, within my field. I’m done settling. I want to work and get paid, of course; however, I want work that aligns with my current goals and needs; admin, project management/coordination–no more ignoring the skills that I’ve gained with education & experience. I’m sending apps daily, tracking offers, and simply staying on they m-fing head.
- The Blog
Weekly posts, consistent updates, and real value. Bank on Robyn is where I’m documenting this journey– sharing what’s working, gaining insights from all of you and keeping it a thousand along the way. Here we talk all about the rise, from the bottom to the top.
- Money Moves
I’m budgeting HEAVY, paying off debts, and building savings all in real time. I have no shame of where I’m starting. I’m happy to know there’s light at the end of the tunnel, through my sacrifice: or lack thereof. Growth is growth.
- Modeling
Still active, despite the gap. I’m showing up on this “no giving up this time” energy. From castings to shoots to shows– I will remain visible. Even when life gets loud, I won’t shrink or run. In all stages, I belong on the stage.
- Self-Preservation
Rebuilding peace takes work too. This summer I’m being intentional about who gets access, how I recharge, and what I feed my spirit.
This is what Bank on Robyn looks like; strategic, long-term, all while looking stylish. Sometimes the impossible is just waiting for a little consideration. I’m not chasing perfection. I’m choosing to show up anyway.
If you’re reading this, it’s your sign to stop waiting for a “clean slate’ and start moving with the mess.
Bet on yourself. Then back it with action.
k bye,
Robyn
